1. What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?
A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, state ID, passport, consular ID).
2. Do you accept digital IDs or photos of IDs?
No. Florida law requires a physical ID for in-person notarization. Digital IDs are allowed ONLY for RON sessions.
3. Can you notarize documents that already have signatures on them?
Yes, AS LONG AS the signer is physically present and acknowledges the signature in front of me.
4. Can you notarize for someone who doesn’t speak English?
Yes, I am bilingual (English/Spanish). The signer must understand what they are signing.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, debit/credit, Stripe link, and online payments for RON.
6. Do you provide witnesses if needed?
Yes — witness $25 per witness fee applies.
7. Will you notarize a document that contains blank spaces?
Blank lines that do not affect the validity may remain, but major missing information must be filled before notarization.
8. Can you travel to hospitals, nursing homes, and jails?
Yes. Mobile notary service is available for hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living, rehab centers, homes, workplaces, and jails.
9. What if the signer cannot physically sign?
Florida allows signature by mark (an “X”) with proper witnesses.
10. Can a family member act as a witness?
Yes, unless the document specifically prohibits it or the witness is a beneficiary.
11. How does mobile notary service work?
I travel to your location — home, office, hospital, school, jail, etc. — and notarize on site.
12. What areas do you serve?
Miami-Dade & Broward: Miami, Hialeah, Doral, Miramar, Pembroke Pines, Hollywood, Kendall, etc.
13. Are travel fees included in the notary stamp fee?
No. Florida law sets stamps at $10 each, but travel/time/service fees are separate.
14. Do you offer same-day appointments?
Yes, based on availability.
15. Do you offer after-hours or weekend appointments?

16. What is Remote Online Notarization?
A legal online notarization done through a secure audio-video platform.
17. What do I need for RON?
A smartphone or computer, internet connection, and valid ID.
18. Can I notarize documents if I’m out of state or overseas?
Yes — you can be anywhere in the world as long as I am physically in Florida during the session.
19. Is RON legal for all documents?
Most, but some international and real estate documents may require in-person signatures. Contact me to check.
20. When do I receive my notarized document?
Immediately after the session — digital PDF delivered to your email.
21. What is an apostille?
A certification that makes U.S. documents valid for use in other countries.
22. Do you offer same-day apostilles?
No same-day service, but fast courier processing is available.
23. What documents can be apostilled?
Birth certificates, marriage certificates, diplomas, power of attorney, letters, corporate documents, etc.
24. How long does the apostille process take?
Typically 5–10 business days depending on courier timing and Secretary of State processing.
25. Can you apostille documents from any state?
I process Florida-issued and notarized documents. Other states require processing through that state’s SOS.
26. Can you handle international shipping?
Yes — DHL, UPS, USPS or FedEx.
27. Do you fill out immigration forms?
Yes. I assist with form completion and packet organization. I am NOT an attorney and do not give legal advice.

29. What do I need to bring for immigration form assistance?
Your IDs, relationship documents, passports, birth certificates, and any USCIS notices.

31. What is a Federal Apostille?
A Federal Apostille is used to certify documents issued by U.S. federal agencies, such as the FBI, DHS, SSA, IRS, USCIS, and more.
These documents must be authenticated through the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.32. Do you process FBI Background Check apostilles?
Yes. You can send me your digital FBI report (PDF) and I will prepare it for authentication and coordinate submission to the U.S. Department of State.
33. How do I get my FBI Background Check?
You can request it electronically through an FBI-approved channeler and receive it as a PDF — which is required for the apostille process.
34. How long does a Federal apostille take?
Processing times depend on the U.S. Department of State, generally:

35. What is the difference between a State and Federal Apostille?
• State Apostille → for documents issued by the State of Florida (birth certificates, marriages, POA, notarized documents, diplomas).

36. Can you bundle State + Federal apostille services?
